The best Customer service experience i have ever had! Wayne was an absolute legend at the Wetherby Shop! he took care of me for about 30 mins and answered all my questions and let me try as many flavours as I wanted and also set up my mod for an optimal vaping experience!. they have a very good variety of flavours and needless to say they are delicious! I am now officially a loyal customer! Thanks Wayne!

Great quality liquids, the best Customer service the shop was spotless which is a good look for weatherby. I will never go to another shop for my liquids again. I was served by lewis, lovely lad and always sorts me out with different types of deals when I go in!
I came in recently as a apprehensive customer in transitioning into the use of e-cigarrete. The gentleman working there, Marco, was extremely helpful and informative and assured how easy and safe the use of electronic cigarette is. There was a lot of flavour choices, there was a testing station there, a try before you buy! Which is perfect for new and regular customers. 5* customer service and equipment. Will be definitely returning

Popped in at some point this week. Wayne was very patient with me and helped me a lot with choosing some products. I’m switching from smoking to e-cigarettes and I was served by marco who was really helpful in helping me a choose a new kit. He showed me how to use it, fill it and which liquids I could use. Will definitely be going back there for more liquids as they have loads of flavours for a reasonable price!
Excellent service and high quality liquids. In editing my review, I've let this liquid settle into my coil, the shops own brand must be one of, if not the best tasting liquids ive used. Taste is very natural and the effort put into creating these iliquids s obvious. I bought the vimto. Thank you for offering a new level of vaping experience.
