Had two bedroom carpets fitted last month. Great customer service from first entering the showroom, to help with choosing, measuring and accommodating two separate days for fitting to work round the decorator's schedule. It was my first time of using Floor Design, and I wouldn't hesitate to try them again for my next flooring purchase.

What a Fantastic experience! The Wetherby based shop has a vast array of samples, that can be borrowed by arrangement. The staff in the shop are so very helpful, and extremely accommodating with both arranging measure and fitting appointments. The staff clearly have a lot of experience and expertise which makes the process of choosing very easy! Floor Design have now supplied and fit the flooring throughout our Leeds Home and we could not be happier.

Just had wooden flooring installed in my hall (9 doorways) and dining room. Paul did a fantastic job and my wife and I are delighted with the result. We also had new carpet an the stairs and upstairs landing and that looks great too. Would highly recommend.

Had 20sq metres of Amtico laid in our conservatory. Decent price on the product, good service, and have to say that the guy who laid it, including damp proofing, was excellent. Much better than previous work done by another supplier. Recommended.
