well what can I say that has not been said before... Steve was very helpful in finding the right computer and took time in helping transfer files etc over from old to new... very knowledgeable and would recommend this company to anyone.. thanks again.....
Phoned with problem 10 mins before closing. Steve phoned asap and sorted the problem with no fuss. Excellent. Further he was going to contact Microsoft to tell them of the problem they were causing.

We have a very good experience with Know How Computer Systems. They give us unlimited phone assistance and when on site is needed. The charges are quite reasonable. We have recommended them to a number of other people and they too have been very satisfied.
Know-How has provided us with excellent value support for our church office network for a number of years. They respond promptly to problems, are always helpful with their advice, and have a very good awareness of the needs for a small office network working with a limited budget.
This is a good company. I had a software issue on my laptop which I spent days on trying to resolve, but in vain. A quick call to Know-How and a guy there cleared up the problem in quick time, over the phone. In future, when I have a computer problem, this is the company I will turn to.
