I like this store they alway seem nice and there prices are about what you can get online but if you buy from here you are helping keep the stores open as if we all go online the stores would close.

Really dissapointed with the poor costumer service. Firstly I was overcharged for a game when it was priced at a lower cost in the sale, I had to "prove I was correct" and had to leave the que to find the package I was referring to. After proving that, after buying a bundle Xbox one x pack I was told that I would have to wait until Friday (yesterday) to come back in store to pick up the remaining controller. I was fine with this but the employee didnt sign the receipt to say that this item was owed, and if I hadn't of mentioned this then the scenario would of been "my word against theirs" and I could of lost out on an item I rightly bought.

After waiting for two days and returning on the Friday (as advised) for my controller, it still isn't in stock and the employees response was "oh it will be a couple of days" well that's all fine and dandy if you've got all the free time in the world and don't work. Also attempted to phone half an hour ago to see if I can go to another game store for the owed controller and just got hung-up on!! Really REALLY annoying.  Please get some basic training in organisation and communication.
