They know what they're talking about and sell me good products. Love it. Staff are really great. I see mixed reviews here, but Keith is one of the nicest people I know. Just go in expecting to take your time. Also ... they will try very hard to ensure you get what you want, rather than pushing the high end products. It is messy though. On balance, there are so many good points, I'll keep 5 stars. This is a shop that I would be genuinely upset to lose, the sort of specialist that makes a weekend worthwhile.
Such an incredible experience, my dad and I just went in and I have nothing bad to say at all. Keith was such a great help, he seemed like a guy that genuinely loves music and genuinely cares about the needs of his customers, rather than just pushing them to buy the most expensive thing. I would describe the music shop as aladdin’s cave, Keith seems to know his was around it amazingly. Just a wonderful and traditional place, with an owner and staff that make you feel like you walked out truly gaining something. Thank you so much keith!
I bought stuff from Just Music a long time ago and thought it would be worth going back there. BUT I've been trying to phone them for over a week: at least 10 calls at various times of day. The phone just rings and isn't picked up. The website carries no information.Why would I then want to travel 15 miles to a shop that might not be open or may not have a good range? It's not the way to do business in 2022. Other reviewers complain that the shop is chaotic . . . well their whole business seems utterly chaotic.
This store has so much stock but you cannot get through the door due to boxes, Amps and really expensive guitars all leaning against each other. You cannot get more than a couple of meters into the shop. This shop could be incredible if it was even possible to buy anything. Such a shame
Great guitar shop, Keith is very knowledgeable and always up for a chat. Been using the shop for quite some time now, and just bought a guitar from the shop very high quality products at affordable prices. Wouldn't go anywhere else

Unfortunately in a world where music shops are dying out. This place has done it self no favours. No interest in customer service, the guy could not wait to get me out of the shop when looking to make a purchase. Very disappointed.
In town for a short time, in need of a guitar for a gig. Needed a good guitar at a great price. I'm very impressed with Keith's knowledge and friendliness He's helping solve problems and thorough about being sure my needs are met. In the end, put the right guitar in my hands. GREAT service!
Had the delight of finding this store today and spent about 2 hours chatting to the friendly and quirky staff, while trying out numerous electric and acoustic guitars and even a bass for some reason. The staff were not just friendly and helpful but very knowledgeable as well, helping me discover exactly what I was looking for without ever pushing a sales pitch. I feel I've become a better, more knowledgeable guitar player and for having spent time here chatting to the staff and tinkering with all their toys. I will most definitely be making numerous future purchases from this excellent establishment.
Utter chaos in this store with no room to see, try, or even get near to what looks like some cracking gear! The guitars, amps, keyboards and accessories are stacked to the rafters. Really frustrating as these guys obviously know their stuff, but can't demo any of it because there's no room ! Get it sorted and I might buy something else one day! Have brought from here before about three months ago and very pleased with the product/service then
