I have visited this store several times recently and on each occasion  I was very impressed by the quality of service from the staff.  They were extremely helpful and had a very good product knowledge.  Even when an item I needed was not in stock the assistant made sure that one would be sent direct to me.  I left feeling that my visit had been a very good experience.

Maplin is a really special place- it’s an Aladdin’s Cave of goodies, and the staff are super helpful and polite. Please keep shopping here and don’t let Maplin disappear we’ll never get it back. Online CANT replace everything.

Served by Rob the manager today. Was returning a item. He went above and beyond what was required and even assisted in recommending a replacement item which was better spec and less price. He is a true asset to this company. Will visit again due to his service.

When we went in to collect an item there were no staff at the counter and we had to wait 5 minutes before anyone came.  However as soon as another customer and I were spotted we were helped straight away.  The staff apologised for the delay and said they had an unexpected rush.  Both staff were very helpful and friendly too which made up for the wait.

Back in the day maplin were brilliant. But due to their extortionate prices no wonder they've finished. Thanks to online shopping the rip off shops are going down the pan.. Result in my eyes.

Quite hard to find what you need and if you do it's quite often out of stock. Trying to pay at the til is a nightmare as members of staff wonder off and you're left to wait for minutes until someone actually bothers to come and take your money.

Just been in store and the help we got was amazing, knowledge of the product we were  buying was outstanding, nothing was to much trouble even my silly blonde questions! I would recommend this store 100% thankyou maplins

These guys are truly the best at helping and advising me, every7 time I go there, normally in  panic because something has stopped working! Today they solved all three of the issues I went there trying to resolve in time for Crimbo. Thanks guys

Served by the manager today and my service was well above expectations when I bought my pure radio which was also at the best price anywhere well done maplins.

This place reminds me of the sitcom the it crowd, it is a must visit just for a browse, I've brought a few things from here and you will never get as much information on a product from any where else and there stock range is huge as well. Thanks for the get service.
