Extremely friendly and helpful staff. I had very little knowledge when I purchased a tablet, but the member of staff helped me a lot and I was quite excited when I left the shop. Thank you. Will definitely shop there again.
Great customer service. When part of my iPad charger broke off and became lodged in the port I took it to my local Apple store to be repaired. After half an hour of trying to remove it they told me they couldn't and then told me my iPad was a write-off. I tried giving it to Phone Solutions to repair as I had nothing to lose. Within 15 minutes they had it repaired and it was done at a reasonable price. Would strongly recommend their services.
Guys here are supper helpful had sevral repairs done by phone solution Love how they so quick to get your phone fixed and not overly expensive altho me smashing my phone screen 3 times in 1 week worked out expensive

Went to phone solutions to try and get my screen fixed which I brought last year for £1,200 to quote me £300 to get it fixed which is good but they said it was not worth it to fix how did they come up with that.Do they not know phones? They told me to buy a new phone which was a hint to look at there phones.Very poor customer service.
Well, what can I say, Ash worked well to fix my phone S21 Samsung Ultra almost 6 hours later finally finished turned to me and said "I quoted you £10, but had to give him a lot more than that, don't know if you've ever been there without your mobile phone but I give this place 10 out of 10 for their commitment, even though the shop was constantly busy Thanks again you guys HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

12/05/22 Needed a new battery for my Galaxy 7. Fitting all done and dusted within 30min same day for a £30 charge. Fingers crossed the battery has good service life.
