We have just returned home from an evening meal and couldn’t wait to share the experience we received. The service was fantastic. Jess and Karen could not have been any more attentive. Jess took our drinks order and confidently answered our questions. Jess was friendly, professional, and worked hard to ensure that all the other customers within our area received the same attention. Karen was equally amazing; their teamwork was remarkable. The service more than made up for the meal. Dessert, The Bakewell Tart was lovely, but my Caesar salad was average, not enough cheese, more of a vinaigrette than Caesar sauce and the smallest chicken breast. The other meals were good though.

Dropped in for a late family lunch on Sunday.nFood and service was excellent.nThanks to Rob and Adam in the kitchen - loved the lamb shank.nAlso Lauren, Zoe and Brian who looked after us and Ben who had just come on.
We had an excellent meal at Kings Head on Good Friday. We were a party of 7, turned up without a booking and despite being really busy, they found us a great table in the restaurant area. We were pre-warned about a slightly longer waiting time food, which actually was not long at all. Food and service was excellent, we literally could not fault a thing, and on a busy Bank Holiday too. Definitely be returning soon. Thank you to the whole Kings Head team
The staff were very friendly and efficient. Very nice room and very clean and spacious. We would especially like to mention Brian, Trefor, Zoe, Jess from the restaurant and, of course, not forgetting Laura on reception. We will definitely be returning to The Kinds Head at WimbornenGeorge
