Hi everyone, I will NEVER suggest to anyone to buy any material/ clothing from this boutique either via online or the shop itself. The service is horrible. I was trying to buy a suit from overseas. The person I asked via WhatsApp for the suit first he said £200. Then a week later for the same suit he said £250. When I asked him why the price up so much? He didn’t answer me anything. Despite £250, I was reluctantly ok but he refused to show me the material via WhatsApp. Then I asked my aunt who is in UK to check on the price & surprise surprise he said it’s now £270 !!! Please stay away or you’ll regret later. Luckily I managed to find a similar suit with better quality from another website in India at a much lower price.
We walked in and the owner was fuming! He was having a go at his staff in front of everyone. He was so loud and the staff looked like they were going to cry. As soon as we walked in we wanted to leave and not look at any clothes whatsoever! We left the store with a very heavy heart feeling so sorry for the staff. I understand if they'd done something wrong but have the decency to take them aside and speak to them in a calmer manner.

Staff are rude and overbearing. Having just visited the store we were being served by a gentleman but left after another 2 staff came over and decided to hound us into buying something. Will not be visiting again and would definitely not recommend to anyone. To the management - if your staff are going to talk about the customers at least do it once they've left the shop!
Beautiful material and staff allow you the space to look and are ready to assist, not had the experience as other customers and been going for years.
A positive selection of outfits, make sure you are willing except there policy of no return and no refunds.
