I am absolutely thrilled with the dress I purchased for my kids. The quality is fantastic, and the prices are unbeatable. The fabrics are soft and durable, perfect for my active kids, and the styles are trendy and comfortable. As for the women's clothing, everything fits beautifully and feels luxurious without breaking the bank. I'll definitely be shopping here again—such great value for amazing quality! Highly recommend!
Honestly I had the best experience here, the customer service was above and beyond, super nice and so helpful. I purchased both of my dresses for the nikkah and walima, and both came out absolutely beautiful. All of this was a year ago but would recommend this place to anyone that would ask me.
My daughter, sister and I have been visiting Junoon for a few weeks..we found some absolutely amazing dresses at a reasonable price. I have recommended friends and family to make purchases from here for my daughters upcoming wedding. Sister Huma has been very helpful and most accommodating of our needs. I recently came to Birmingham looking for heavy outfits for an occasion wear. I shopped around all the main roads and when we arrived to Junoon on lady pool road towards closing time, I gotta say, it was one of the best service we experienced. Sister Huma was very helpful and patient with us. We found the perfect beautiful outfits that we were looking for at a reasonable price in this shop, that we couldn’t find elsewhere. Sister huma took our measurements carefully and paid attention to detail in everything. Our outfits came on time and was fitted perfectly with everything done nicely. She even threw in extra accessories which really made us all happy. Would definitely come back here for when we need outfits again In the future. I do strongly recommend if you are looking for unique and stunning clothes and great service, Junoon is the place you need to shop at. My 18th birthday is coming up soon so I needed a gown. I was provided the best customer service by a wonderful lady called Huma, she helped me find the perfect dress. There was a variety of clothes and different colours. My dress is beautiful and good quality.
Possibly the worst customer experience ever received. Commitment was given by staff that dress would be made in 6 weeks, two weeks ahead of my sister’s wedding. Dress was delayed and there was a complete lack of communication from their part as to when it would arrive. We had to call every single day only to be told that they had no idea where the dress was. It caused a lot of unnecessary stress and worry before the wedding. When it did finally arrive the day before the wedding, the dress was stitched incorrectly and the wrong material was used on the trousers. The staff blamed all of this on the manufacturer and refused to take any liability or offer a suitable solution. They did not seem to understand their duty to the customer to deliver a wearable product. They were rude, unprofessional and completely unsympathetic to the fact that I now had nothing to wear for my sister’s wedding which was THE NEXT DAY!! This situation could have easily been avoided with better communication from the retailer and them setting realistic expectations. Quality of the suits/stitching is also terrible. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS RETAILER, unless you want to be very disappointed.
Very happy with my purchases from Junoon. Beautiful quality and fantastic customer service. In comparison to visiting other shops on Ladypool Road all of Junoon's products were clearly priced. Would definitely recommend Junoon to family and friends. Looking forward to my next purchase!!
Extra disappointed as I visited the shop because of the good reviews. What I found was opposite: Shopkeeper stand offish and abrupt, wasn't very helpful, stood near the till even though me and my wife wanted some assistance. Ok, we thought let's see what the prices are like as the review's indicated that it's reasonable however, it was on the more expensive side. So, we left as did other customers with a bad customer experience and decided to spend £500 on a saree at their competitors!
Lovely lady helped us all the way through our experience off trying on outfits she gave her own opinion and told us what she would do etc which was really helpful usually people or retailers say anything for you too purchase their outfits . I can’t remember her name but she was working on Thursday 27th June x love u babe x happy customers xx
