KFC

Rude staff. Asked for a large, after receiving a regular drink I informed the staff I'd asked for a large, I was told I didn't. Staff member told me they couldn't do a large.. instead of a solution I was offered a refund to which I accepted. Negative experience.

Probably the worse KfC I've been too. Was the next person in queue to be served and they decide to serve someone else who just walks up to counter. Next ask for a zinger box meal and have to be asked 5 times what drink I would like. I check contents in box to make sure that the order is correct (seems fine) get outside to enjoy my meal and realise I have the wrong burger to what I ordered in the first place. Great effort guys, such a joke 👍

In comparison to other KFC.. The original chicken had no flavour and the Zinger Burger was tasteless. The salad was more appetising then the main meal. It is the worest KFC I have ever eaten at, as the quality of the food was not up to my expectations. I wanted nice food after long days journey. All it was is filling.

Usually service at motorway KFCs is shockingly slow. Not when I went here. The service and quality was on a par with any high street outlet
