Mercure Brandon Hall Hotel and Spa Warwickshire

Excellent staff - receptionist was super helpful and the service at dinner from a young lady named Storm was exceptional. We enjoyed the food at dinner and the breakfast buffet was also very good. The spa pool was warm and clean and very quiet. The locking lockers were clever. The floor was a bit slippy though. Our room was spacious, shower powerful and our bed very comfortable. There are parts of the common areas that are a bit tired, but the important things were absolutely fine. We were very happy with our stay.

I was here for a conference only. The room was a good size water, mints and group tables all laid out as you would expect. The hall had lobby area for tea and coffee reception and cloaks and toilets. Buffet lunch served in the main building a short walk adjoining, ample car parking and a short drive from Birmingham International. No issues, would use this venue again.

Stayed overnight at the hotel and enjoyed my stay. Room was generous with a nice bathroom. Breakfast was well cooked and filling. The spa area was large with a pool, a sauna and a steam room. I would recommend this hotel to others, it is in a secluded location but also not far from Coventry.

Lovely position, quiet Yet still close to major road links. My room was clean, spacious and the pillows mega comfortable. I would recommend this hotel.

The drive in and the first impressions were very grand. We visited at Xmas time and the decorations were impressive. However the musty smell that hits you walking to the rooms on the ground floor of the courtyard was awful. The room was the last on the left, at the end of the corridor, very cold and having to walk outside in the freezing cold to get from there to the main hotel was not good. The room was dated, lighting was dire, no plugs for phones by the bed. Light bulbs missing. Minimal tea, coffee, sweetener n milk in shabby box. Also cups are very small, mugs would be better. Had it been summer time, go outside would not be an issue
