Do Not Use! Misdiagnosed wasted 2 years We paid a lot of money for what turned out to be an over the phone interview. Misdiagnosed, my daughter spent 2 years going through hell unnecessarily. We ended up finding another company who correctly diagnosed her and now we have a happier and healthier child. I think we paid £1200 for a phone interview lasting 40 minutes, no testing as such.The other team we used took 3 weeks gathering the information, very thorough. Honestly I think Clinical Partners might be a bit of a scam as others we've spoken to said you should have had a more thorough investigation. Reporting to HPC & QCC. We have requested a refund but apparently we missed the 2 year deadline, by 2 weeks.
I was treated with so much kindness and care all throughout the psychiatric assessment process. Dr Ewa Downie was very good, she was knowledgeable and made me feel so understood. She explained why my symptoms were happening and my treatment plan clearly. If think you’ve got BPD and your GP hasn’t been very helpful, I really recommend getting an assessment here!
