Had a medical for taxi licensing booked in this surgery. However Doctor made some mistake on the medical form that had some things already written on that should have had initial on to acknowledge that mistakes were seen and taken into consideration. What's most important Doctor did not crossed the right line - if I was fit or not fit to become a taxi driver. After all it took me 3 hours of my day instead 1.5 hours to get this sorted. Generally very nice surgery, with staff smilig being nice and friendly. Very convenient and easy booking. Clear procedures - helpfull and nice. Getting to the top floor where the surgery is located got me confused as there was not a clear/ obvious sign if it was a right place, apart on the bunch of intercom there was name of the surgery next to one of the buttons. Regards

They will charge you for being late for an appointment without any prior warning. The staff are 100% but the lack of communication about late arrival fee is very poor practise hence why I'm annoyed. I will not be back.
