A1 SERVICE ****** found staff very helpful droped van in for service . went through all the costs up front for me . told them I needed van back a.s.a.p. so they got it done first part of the morning for me . went to pick it up mid am all done ... forgot to tell them at the time the locking was not working on the key. but they came out and fixed it for me straight away at no extra cost. great service would recommend and use dealer again... thank you mr thompson

Tricky rip off. I asked a quote to change my headlamp bulb. I've been told it depends on how difficult it will be. However the gentlemen in office knew their hourly rate is £100/h but did not mention. Ok an engineer change the bulb in 10 minutes. Back to office then I got the invoice of 20 pounds. I said it is far too much the gentlemen raised his voice and said it is £85+vat their hourly rate. Fine, but I just ask a quote and I did not ask to do the job. If knew it was £100/h I'd not have allowed the job. I felt absolutely rip off so I asked them to remove the bulb .. then the gentleman start negotiate end we ended up in £5+vat. Still I was not happy as he in porpuse did not tell me how much they charge per hour. Would not recommend this place to anyone. For sure they going to rip you off. Big dislike

Small by the standards of most main dealers today - but good personal service. Maybe those two things are connected ...

Very helpful professional team. Nothing too much trouble. Would recommend to others. The car is a perfect used car. Happy.
