Tried to call and book in for a service last week, as I was down visiting my mother in Ferndown for the day. They passed me through to sales, who said I'd get a call back when service was free, but I never did.

Could have charged me whatever they wanted when my car started making noises after grounding while driving over a grass car park. Just charged me the inspection charge for cleaning it up underneath and removing a tent peg! Honest and reliable. Got to be worth 5 stars!!

It's not an issue if you own another make of vehicle, they'll still take your car in an put it through an MOT, service or carry out an air con recharge and that's exactly what I was after. I was booked in for 8, car was picked up just before and back within a couple of hours and everything was done as requested all at a very reasonable price and great service. Even though I own a VW I'll definitely be heading back there.
