One of the staff was rude, arrogant and snobby with me when I asked her a question. I asked for a suggestion about which bag to have a look at which had the longest strap to go as a across my body type of bag because I am tall. Her response is not even something I would like to put on for it to be made public. She managed to reduce me to tears on my husband later when telling him about it. I will never go in there again.

Very small shop, and the staff can be friendly at times. Always lovely clothes though.
