Went today for pair of shoes for my daughter. The service given by the sales team was so impressive I would say , and they were so welcoming, specially , when it comes to dealing with kids , they were experts.. quality stuff , value for money.
I bought a pair of shiny school shoes for my daughter. Libby was very kind and helpful to us. Thanks for the good service.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS SHOPPING HERE, NOT THE REPUTABLE SHOP EXPECTED FROM SUCH A WELL KNOWN BRAND. Wrongly declined a refund when trying to return Clarks shoes well within the returns window. Called customer services who confirmed a refund should have been given, so tried to return again and refused again. This is appalling customer service and goes completely against trading standards and legal terms for returns. Still unresolved and out of pocket. Wish I could give this review minus stars and will definitely not be shopping at Clarks again.
Bought shoes from here for myself and kids, staff from here were very helpful and they measured foot size for both my kids and also they offered guidance based on what shoes will fit best for their feet and furthermore. I strongly recommend for shoes being, slightly prices are high but you pay for quality.
The girl we saw there was excellent, having a 1 year old who wants to run around everywhere, she was fantastic. Showed us plenty of options and was great with our toddler. Only needed 1 pair, but ended up buying 2. Will definitely be back again :-
Went in to buy our daughters first pair of shoes. Staff were very friendly and super helpful. Took care and attention to our needs and wants and left very happy. Would definitely recommend

Nice shoes - shame the phone system to let you know when an order of a particular size arrives in the store didn't work and, particularly, that my disappointment was so airily dismissed. Seems that I must rattle the cage of head office then...
Absolutely delightful assistant.Shop was deserted but feel she would have been just as lovely if the place was busy.
