Went in here with the wife, she was treating me to a pair of trainers for my birthday. We looked around before I spotted a pair that I liked. I asked a member of staff did they have these trainers in a size ten, she said I will find out. Moments later my trainers appeared I tried both trainers on and they felt very comfy. I said to the lady assistant that I would take them. The shop itself was very busy because they were reducing prices by a further 20%. I'm all for a bargain. Will definitely be coming back and I would also recommend it.
Fantastic service by the team. Didn't have my size in the colour I wanted, but got me another colour and enabled me to order directly from store to my house. Delivered next day!
Fabulous! Visited yesterday to get some gifts and staff were really friendly and helpful, store tidy, and got some great deals!
Love this store the staff are always friendly. James the manager is great always talks to his customers.
Never forked out for designer good but finally thought I would, shoes off the shelf were damaged, shoes I ordered to my home also came damaged and when I called I was spoken to pretty abruptly. This is my first and possibly last experience with Kurt Geiger Such a shame
Some amazing bargains to be had! The staff were lovely and really helpful too
The staff are honestly lovely. I got given a number to contact if i have problems with my home delivery, it was the wrong number- i didnt plan to go there but my friend said i need it sorting...on the way we saw that the 2 week return was up. However the staff member was so helpful, he exchanged it straight away and thoroughly checked the shoes for any blemishes as i said they were for my wedding day. Cant fault them at all. We said we would return just for the service
