extremely rude customer service. A shoes shop with customer service like that in Chester town should be ashamed. Bought some shoes for my daughter last week as a present . They don't fit my daughter so went back to the store. The store manager refused to exchange for a bigger size. I contacted customer service the next day. They asked me to send the pictures of the shoes. I did then they asked me to post to them at my postage cost and wait for them to investigate. What a rude and unreasonable customer service. What a shame for Office shoe shop
