Great service today from Chloe. Nothing was too much trouble. I tried on every variation of the boot I wanted so that I could leave the store completely happy with my decision. Chloe also gave good after care advice and had a lovely chat with my daughter about her DM's. I would have no hesitation in recommending the Chester store.
Had the most brilliant Black Friday customer service from a lovely young lady I think by the name Chloe she convinced me that the DM’s I wanted … I had to have thank you to her and her colleague Josh for being so friendly

I visited store with my boyfriend last Saturday. Were welcomed by friendly staff. Girls were very helpful to choose the right fit. We love our boots! I am coming back for sandals soon.
Really rude staff, bank card was not working due it being new, so had to leave the shoes and as we walked out the store staff were smirking at each other. Felt really unwelcome and will not be returning

Visited this store on Saturday 27th May '23. Not only was I not greeted, but I was looked at with utter disdain by the young woman working in the shop when I entered. I have no idea what the reason was for that but it put me right off asking her for any help with shoes, so I left.
I bought a pair of DR martens twin buckled ladies shoes last week my goodness there so comfortable to wear even though I haven't worn a pair of DR martens in years. The staff are so helpful and polite I would recommend them to everyone. Can't wait to buy another pair of DR martens but this time it will be the boots with red roses on the side
Really lovely staff, was served by a gentleman and after chatting found out we we're both planning weddings. I had gone to the store to get white pair of Docs for my wedding and he very kindly gave me a discount. Can't thank him enough as it made my day! I'd been looking for some for ages.
