Great place to shop and lots of different styles to choose from, amazed at the different brands and how much cheaper they are than other retailers. All the staff are really friendly and knowledgeable too.

Lesley was so helpful and kind, and the gentleman who also helped us couldn't have been more helpful, if only other retailers knew customer care brings in returning buyers. Will definitely shop here again, lovely boots, so comfy, and a great choice.
If you want shoes and boots then this is one of many shops that sell them in Chester. I did have a pair of mens boots for the winter, which seem good quality. One thing that made me cringe was when you had bought the shoes/boots the staff asking for a fee £3 or £4 to have them protected from the weather etc....... Maybe if you buy a tin of polish and actually use it it does the same job and half the price.

I like the footwear here and was very interested in buying some boots. The 1 shop assistant spent 30 minutes with another customer and was still there when I gave up and left.
Quality service from polite friendly staff, always willing to assist you. Excellent quality shoes with a wide range of styles both for men and women. The new manager Chris is a true professional.
