The stores software looks outdated and staff is unable to resolve the issue. Their software doesn't allow to enter customer address details manually and they are letting customer to suffer because of their own technical issue they are not processing the return. Staff looks helpless and have no clue to resolve the issue. Bad customer experience at JD Stores in Staines. NOT RECOMMENDED at all. I wish to give a ZERO rating here.
Went to jd sports in staines today so my son could redeem a Fashion favourites gift card that my son was given as a gift. The staff were very helpful and patient as we tried, tried and tried again, we were in the shop for over an hour trying to redeem the card. Unfortunately to no avail then one off the staff suggested changing the card for another gift card in store. Which I agreed to so they went off to see the manager to see if we could do that. However because JD Sports do not accept Fashion favourites gift cards due to problems, they suggested that I call them or better still go online and do a webcall as this would be free. Overall I found the staff to be very friendly, helpful, patient and polite.
Service was good eventually had to speak to a member of staff to get assistance after 10nins wait
Help on line not very good wrong goods sent had to go to a store to sort problem in the end
Bit of a wait at the till , not enough tills for the size of the store bit friendly at the till .
Shopped here, excellent products and wonderful staff, only negative for me was being harassed/followed by the store detective, I assume because I was in a tracksuit, JD need to look into their security..I have enough £££££ to retire at 37 let alone shoplift. store detective was white guy, 5ft 11 ish bald head and dreadful beard. Walks around the store with two JD drawstring shopping bags. Also a chav girl, 20s, hair scrunched back into a bun. JD,fix up your staff
Nice bright clean shop, unfortunately I feel a bit old in here. Clothes definitely for the younger ones, good selection of trainers tho, and you don't get too old for them.
Didn’t have both trainers new so had to have 1 ex display and 1 new ex display was dirty and had marks all over them when your spending £135 no discount was given when asked staff couldn’t care less it’s a shame this shop used to be my go to
Sales person was a bit pushy but good quality items.
Just fine if you're after a pair of trainers or walking shoes, their selection and ranges are vast and very well priced. Very impressive. They cater for all ages and interests with regards the gear they sell, and the jeans they sell are also well priced. Security seems pretty on the ball as well, but then I think that's also an Elmsleigh Centre thing, who also run good security.
