I visited Marks and Spencer with a buggy.  It was the second time that the lift was out of use in 2 months during my visits.  It did say ask for help from a member of staff, however I did not have time to look for someone,  as I just wanted to grab something quickly from upstairs. Disappointing, as I love the shop and the range.

The food in the food shopping section is always good. Staff are helpful. 
Plus a decent coffee in the café.
