They have some really nice items of clothing and footwear at a good competitive price.nThe only annoying thing is the ques for the checkout,,everything is paid for on the ground floor, they have tills upstairs but they never seem to use them. The que yesterday was slowly winding around the store,I saw people look and then put items down and walkway. Come on get another checkout!
I was shopping there today and it was so busy with non-stop queues. Great for Primark but relentless for the staff. They dealt with their customers so fast/efficiently and all with a smile or ‘enjoy the rest of your day’. The manager oversaw everything and credit to her too - she rolled up her sleeves and helped out. I was in the shop for over 30mins - returning items/picking up a ‘click and collect’ and ended up buying more items so I got to see how they operate.nnLove shopping at Primark in Staines-upon-Thames.
Cheap and good stuff well within budget at very amazing prices! You can find pop people twining with their attire as they are really very very cheap compared to other clothing stores and accessories. But if you don’t care, these are really cheaper and quality is ok
They don’t let you use the fitting rooms when required. The manager who likes to be called “big boy” didn’t seem to be able to connect sentences therefore an explanation was not provided for the lack of fitting facilities. Will update this review when he finishes speaking.
I rarely go shopping these days for clothes I'm generally an online shopper and never on a busy Saturday but Primark today was a breeze. I could browse comfortably and the till queue was short and fast moving in and out in about 20 minutes.
