This is a very good sized Boots with a huge choice of goods. Many ranges  available & a lovely light, airy store. 

My gripe is lack of staff! Queue's are all too often, far too long in this store. Today, I was at the Pharmacy area. The lady serving, was obviously feeling the pressure. Just a simple "I'm sorry, someone will be with you shortly" would make all the difference when such fraught situations occur. Instead of  leaving me to feel invisible  A request  was made over to the medicine counter to the young male Pharmacy asst to tend to "customers waiting" who was most pleasant & accommodating. Customer service is all too often  not apparent these days, as staff endeavour to work with ever increasing numbers of customers in short staffed situations

staff not qualified enough. Went there three times and they could not "interpret" the prescription. Asked me to go back and check with the doctor and come back with a new prescription. POssibly they do not realize that we stay in UK and that the status of the NHS. No empathy, no customer service. 
Went to TESCO and got prompt service.  Please avoid this pharmacy all together.

Nice friendly staff and service. Plenty products and a good range. Large parking in the two rivers carpark (but not free). Also surrounded by other good shops.

I have put my monthly prescription with Boots so all I have to do is collect my cancer and heart medications should be simple but no they misfile the medicine and prescription so three phone calls and two journeys later I finally get to collect them. This is not the first time getting frustrated now one more and I will change my pharmacy. The only thing I will say the staff are inefficient but polite.

I think it does depend on the day you visit how friendly the staff are it can get very busy at lunch time
