I was very disappointed in this store today, I came in and wanted to try on some shorts, the alarm clip was on the waste line so I asked the man waiting by the fitting rooms could he take it off or move it into another place so I could try them on, he said NO! So I asked how can I try them on? I ended up asking for a manger, instead of getting me a manager he shouted at the lady behind the desk can she move the clip, she didn’t seem happy about but did it, I tried the shorts on. But in the fitting room I felt so angry with the way I was judge just for asking to try something on that I went out the store with out buying anything, this is the second time I have had a bad experience with next staff

Decent size store, great selection, kept clean and well maintained - as expected with a Next branch. Staff are very friendly, they greet and acknowledge you as they pass by, and are happy to help if needed. Fitting rooms upstairs were clean and accessible, and the energy saving feature on the escalator is a nice little plus.

Always in Our eyes The Very Best Next Store , we Love the place , Spotless, Well Stocked , Lovely Quality Products and Best of All super Staff , served today 14/05/17 by a wonderful Young Man called Cameron who was a joy to deal with . Thank You Next Staines .
