The WORST Topshop I have ever visited. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!! Sales Assistant was beyond rude when I tried to return a FAULTY item. Rolled her eyes and spoke in rude manner. Do not know why Topshop employ miserable and lazy staff who do not want to work. Well, I suppose it is the Staines Topshop, not exactly Oxford Street. Have some class and standards.
Haven't shipped here ,since my daughter left home , visited the store recently and was pleased that there was still plenty of lovely clothes displayed ,although more expensive than I remember , it has moved up a notch .
Why is topman in the back or upstairs all the time. well topshop is not my thing as I am a guy Hahahaha but if I was a woman I'd still not come here hahahaha sorry
Very crowded not much room to hang out and wait for my girlfriend who takes ages.
Along with its TOPMAN store, just as crowded as other stores in this chain
