Lovely upmarket menswear clothing store located in Staines Upon Thames. The quality of garment is exceptional and affordable to, good value for money. Staff are friendly, professional and attentive, I always enjoy my shopping experience. I purchased a lovely navy blue suit from here and a lovely blue shirt, always receive compliments on both of them.
Went to look for some wedding suits etc but the staff were too engrossed in their own conversation to even acknowledge me or serve. Walked out and bought it all at Next.
Came in here on two separate occasions in one week for a wedding suit. Both times the staff were very friendly and helpful and I couldn’t have found the right fit without them. They gave great suggestions on what exactly to buy and how, and explained how to return the items if needed. Prices and quality are very fair and all round the best place to get mens formal wear, especially last minute!
We collected our wedding hire suits from Moss Bros. in Staines and the staff were excellent at helping to sort a last minute sizing issue with a pair of trousers we ordered. They manage to get a replacement for me at very short notice and really saved the day! Thank you to the staff at Moss Bros. Staines! Gary
Well not good looking for a suit store not busy assistant measured me for correct jacket size. He asked if I would mind to take payment for a shirt I said no problems then he proceeded to take his time with this customer which went on forever off to the store room back from the store room and this continues with him in conversation with the other customer. He disappears again . Well by this time I had enough and walked out of the store there were other assistants with no customers but not one asked why I was leaving. They lost my business so will not be going back to this store
So got a quote to hire 18 suits, it worked out cheaper to have 18 suits tailored at a local independent suit shop... Shamefull
We recently hired 12 suits for my sons wedding. We had a few hiccups along the way but on the day the suits were perfect and that was all thanks to the hard work from Muddy and Daniel in store. They were so helpful and sorted out any issues for us. Everyone's suits were available early to try on and this really helped us during the stressful few days before the wedding Many thanks
Staff were very rude and unprofessional, offering no help to myself and family but then when others entered the shop a member of staff that had completely ignored us went to help the new people instantly. The member of staff on the tills even answered his personal phone whilst serving us! Would recommend everyone avoides this state of a shop.
Good store just over price
Need to sort out there store times on google, says open till 18:00. Closed at 17:00 waste of a trip Evan spoke to chap on phone earlier in the day and said I’d be coming down after 17:00
