Just rang in store to ask if they had a pair of heels I wanted in my size as they said they did online but just wanted to double check before coming in, the Asian lady was very rude and did not understand what I was saying, she said they don’t sell any heels in store which is strange, she didn’t want to go and look either. Very blunt. Asked for my age too which there was no reason to ask for it. New look Staines need to have a word with her. Would give 0 stars for her customer service if I could. Absolutely appalling.
Absolute train smash of a shop. Random rails of clothes all over the place. No clear plan for shoppers. Steer clear.
I visited New Look with my wife. As with most lady types they love to shop and my wife will on most occasions find what she calls a bargain in the store. I also find that the cost of the visit is normally very reasonable on the pocket because I am normally in front of her at the TILL.

Good range for a small store, selection of teens wear is not very big but my daughter did well enough from there! Staff are friendly and helpful.
Bigger selection of kids and teen clothing which is always good! Good selection of sizes and well stocked. Feels more spacious, and very clean
My girlfriend loves it. The clothes are so nice. Only thing I don't like is if your waiting on your lady to try on clothes there is no where to sit your just standing there awkwardly.
Not bad, but the shop was quite scruffy - notable was the number of things on the floor such as tags and hangers - - not a problem when you are able-bodied, but as a disabled person walking with a stick, when that stick slides on a stray tag or a hanger tangles in your feet, it gets dangerous
Same old really needs more variety and bigger sized clothes from size 14 upwards not all of us hav on line computer ordering makes thi gs difficult
