Personal training here by Alex is fantastic. Great trainer, would 100% recommend if you can get a slot. Has done wonders for me as someone who struggled with weight - have lost a good couple stone so far!

The best gym I’ve used so far. Lots of equipment and loads of space, even when it’s busy there’s still enough equipment and benches to keep you busy.

There are negatives and positives…. Personally I find the room to be gloomy. The dark grey decor isn’t very uplifting.. but I guess that doesn’t stop you working out.. maybe I’m being picky The music is very loud : Most people wear headphones , they want to listen to their own music, so do I, but the music playing in the gym is so loud it over powers the music in my headphones and I have to have it turned up high which isn’t good. The music really does not need to be so loud to be heard . Some of the equipment breaks  which is to be expected but it can take weeks until it’s repaired, especially the leg extension machine and there’s only one , I think it could do with an extra one. The positives out weigh the negatives though, ..it’s affordable, the place is kept very clean, there are lots of cardio machines, lots of free weights, and ropes etc. It has many different areas in the gym to work out in. the staff are pleasant, there’s plenty of parking. It’s a good gym for the price... and a few tweaks would make it 5 star .

Every piece of equipment you’ll ever need, and one of the best layouts and atmosphere’s of any gym I’ve been in. Almost has a nightclub feel with it’s lighting and music.

New members should be given a 5-10 minute tour and highlight gym etiquette, not enough of the most used machines etc

Excellent gym overall abundance of modern and various exercise  machines and free weights….however, broken equipment takes ages to repair, Wi-Fi connectivity rubbish, TV screens at present all not working and sun beds tubes not regularly replaced with several not working. Shower heads need replaced more regularly and timed waterfowl needs extending. With better facility management this gym has excellent potential.

This place is very decent, and the staff are friendly, although when it gets busy, there’s really no point in trying to plan a workout, far too many people and machine/weight hogging. Not the gyms fault I guess, but it’s a little off putting. My only major gripe is the treadmills. There are maybe 1 or 2 that work fine, the rest have issues with the belts slipping when running. Very surprised this hasn’t been addressed. Also the music is terrible and far too loud, over powering headphones, but that’s just my personal choice. Regardless, it’s a good gym, fair price for what you get, could be open a little earlier or later, but good gym nonetheless

Great gym good equipment always to busy

Great gym but these PT s do they think there door supervisors or personal trainers ? Attitude stinks they don't realy want to smile or say hello but they force one out  lose the Attitude mate your nothing special  Chris is the only 1 I'd  recommended  he's the best pt in this gym and nice bloke mabe the young one that thinks he's gods gift could take a note out of Chris's book !
