Xercise4Less Newcastle is a budget gym which has now been open for approximately 3 years, occupying a 35,000 ft space over a single floor. Ladies only, studio area, boxing ring, classes and sunbed is available, and a wide range of cardio, free weight and resistance machines. The words budget pretty much describe the location. Communal areas are now in need of either repair or redecoration, but this is still good value for money if you want to work out in an aircraft hangar.

Cannot fault the gym plenty of equipment, friendly staff, good atmosphere, i know if you need advice then you can just ask the staff who are very knowledgeable.

Very Reasonably Priced, and with a great range of equipment. Can't knock it.

Hard to fault. Enormous, cool and spacious with plenty of staff and clean changing rooms. 2 of every machine, over 30 benches for free weights, a large resistance training/floor area, an interactive cycling area for spin classes and a women only section. There is also a good sized hard floor room for the free classes, a fighting ring and two lunch bags.
