Absolutely fantastic! Definitely the best thing I've done fitness wise. The results speak for themselves - I've lost 18 pounds in 9 weeks, and it's just the start. I'm starting to feel fitter and stronger. 
You're made to feel welcome, a part of the community. The staff and other members are brilliant. No egos here, just friendly people who'll encourage you all the way to your last rep. The team sessions are a favourite and a real buzz. I've never felt more motivated or excited to work out. You can be any ability or fitness level, there's something for everyone. 
My wife and baby daughter go to Mammies and Babies - so it's a bit of a family affair. 
What's not to love? Get yourself signed up, it'll change your life!
