Story

FSI Gym is a limited company with headquarters based in the North East of England, UK. FSI which stands for Functional Strength Institute. Our company mission is to provide the best and most effective training facilities in the world.

In 2014 FSI Gym opened its doors to its flagship Newcastle facility, the facility providing a blueprint in strength and conditioning gyms and a leading facility in Europe. At the same time FSI Gyms Ltd launched its franchise opportunity programme for expansion in the UK.

In 2014 ‘2XU’ became official sponsors of FSI Gym, in addition to FSI establishing affiliation with ‘Trigger Point Performance’ and ‘RIPT Skin Systems.’ This year also saw FSI Gym become a certified ‘Westside Barbell gym.’

FSI Gyms Ltd is the owner of FSI TV and the education company Elite Performance Education.

The core concept of FSI is based on the idea of offering a training facility with World class fitness training equipment with educated and experienced coaches to provide a facility that focuses purely on getting effective fitness results. Whether you are a professional athlete or sportsperson, or just someone looking to get fitter and in shape, FSI is suitable for anyone serious about training and getting serious results.
