I have trained with CrossFit Tailored Training for over 10 years before they grew into the business they are today. The coaches and the facilities are brilliant, they really work with you on an individual level to meet your training goals. It’s a great break away from ‘life’ realities and helps with both physical and mental health. Better still, the box is within walking distance of our home; me and my husband can take turns around the children to come and train.
My son now trains with the coaches this has had a huge impact on his confidence. It’s given him something he really wants to set his mind to and focus on. He prides himself in being fit healthy and strong, CrossFit tied in with our values as parents is setting him up to hopefully become a healthy grounded adult, always having future goals to aim for and achieve. I trained with the team all the way through my pregnancy this really helped to keep mobile and recover post birth, I was back training within 10 weeks post-partum, they provide you with alternatives exactly suited to your needs. It gives you that lift even with the sleepless baby nights!
The last thing I’d like to mention is the team spirit. All members work together and encourage each other to reach their full potentials. I haven’t trained anywhere that provides such a relaxed yet hard working and fun atmosphere. Great for both adults and children!

I have been a full time member of Crossfit Tailored Training for a couple of years and in this time have witnessed the positive benefits of the services provided from the unit. The facility is a family-friendly hub for fitness and health, physiotherapy, sports recovery and training programmes used by local people, sports clubs and sports professionals.
 
The facility owners have worked hard to build a popular and professional service with a strong sense of support and community; the interior facilities being a credit to the dedication of each of the coaches who have worked hard to customise the space to the needs of patrons. Expanding the facility has increased the membership and popularity of the unit, providing more space to accommodate the wide range of classes available. The unit continues to grow in terms of popularity due to the individual support, first-class provision and inclusivity shown to all members.  
 
I have attended various gyms/fitness centres and can attest that in my opinion, this unit is the best I’ve used in terms of facilities, standards of training and support. As a 50 year old, I wish I’d found the place much earlier. It’s made a big, positive difference to my own health and wellbeing.

Good Morning, I would just like to offer up a Testimonial on behalf of the CrossFit Tailored Training facility based on the Wear Industrial Estate in Washington.

I am 47 years old and have tried to keep myself in shape for several years without much success. I do not drive and have had to travel to other parts of Washington on public transport or rely on lifts to attend the various Gyms or the Millennium Centre at Concord where I attended circuit training (this has now actually ceased).

The CrossFit facility is just on my doorstep as I live in Harraton which is just behind the Wear Industrial Estate, I can walk to the facility in around 90 seconds. It was by chance I found a post mentioning the CrossFit guys on Social Media and realised how close it was to my home. I have been attending for around 6 months now and try and get 4 times per week... It has become a way of life for me now as I don't need to rely on anyone to get there. I have lost round 2 stone in weight since I started and I feel so much fitter not just physically but mentally, I am so proud of my achievements and all the hard work I have put in.

The coaches and the CrossFit facility are not just a group of 'bodybuilders' or 'super athletes' they are really good guys who are really clued up on all aspects of fitness and diet... They know about sports injuries and how you can workout with bad backs, posture issues, knee problems and various other ailments. They advise and show you how to train properly and the emphasis is on correct technique and movement. 

I would like to stress the importance of this facility to me and many other people, I would not know what to do if it was not here. I think there are around 150 people who use the CrossFit facility on a regular basis with classes from 6am through to 8pm and also covering weekends. There is a great community and family feeling to the facility and I have made lots of new friends since I started. The classes involve children and teens, male and female, as well as people in there 60's, its great for everyone in the community.

Coaches and members are incredibly friendly & workouts are tailored to individual fitness levels/needs. An amazing gym with an awesome atmosphere!

Excellent crossfit affiliate. Superb coaches who are extremely knowlegeable and are able to breakdown your movements and improve them. Great place to train
