Simon the used car manager listened to our requirements and showed us pictures on the computer all within our budget. He was patient and courteous and offered us a trial in the chosen vehicle. On collection this morning he showed us round the car again and made sure we were happy with our purchase before handing over the keys. We would happily recommend Jaybee motors to anyone.

Absolutely outstanding customer service and technical / engineering excellence! In all my years of driving and use of garages / servicing, the team at JayBee have gone above and beyond. I initially dealt with Yvonne, service adviser, who despite the issues with my car, my time scales and availability, my constant question asking, was outstanding in her support, manner and professionalism. Thank you. I was also supported by Peter, after sales manager, who was never to busy, always professional and happy to take my phone calls and my many questions / queries. Peter was consistent with his / his team's ability and willingness to support me. With regards to the actual service on my car itself, parts, which at this time where the biggest issue - for everyone, and the absolute genius with regards to his mechanical / technical excellence, I can not speak highly enough with regards to Greg. Greg, you are a credit to your profession and I am blown away, not only by your engineering skill and ability, but also with your kindness and dedication to what you do. Jaybee are a family business and the care and attention associated with that shows - buying a car from Jaybee isn't like buying from a big impersonal car supermarket - it's better. I am now onto my 2nd used car from Jaybee and, I must say once again, how delighted I have been with their sales and service. The first purchase was a breeze from what I recall, but this year Jaybee have been exceptional. My car ran into painful problems and the Jaybee service desk were excellent - on the side of the consumer, acting fairly and doing all they could to resolve the issue. Later in the year my PCP deal was due to expire, and Jaybee called me up to look at various options. I decided to go for a newer model of the same car for practical and economical reasons. Jaybee were nothing short of excellent through the entire process - I realise there's a dance here, but there was no pressure at any time, and I always felt that I was being given reasonable value for my part exchange and for my continued custom. The process and transaction were smooth, the exchange of documents and the various checks and balances was conducted swiftly and with ease. Being a customer at Jaybee feels like being an extended part of the family... I fully expect I'll be back in a few years for car number three!
Professional & welcoming, they went above and beyond to look after me after I was stuck behind an accident on my way to a test drive. A much needed coffee alongside a friendly & efficient service after I eventually arrived!
I was helped by Richard who was very helpful and approachable. Knew his stuff and answered all my questions. Sadly I couldn’t get a car with them through no fault of there’s but the service I did receive was always faultless
