Questionable ethics and sadly, terrible upkeep of employee care. As a relative of a now deceased employee who had three months till retirement, this company made several immoral decisions that neglected the care of a vulnerable employee and then his next of kin after he was gone. My review sounds more personal than professional, but that being said, it beings the professional conduct of this company into the spotlight. Something which i know insurers are very interested in. Head office and trustees let this employees family down hugely.
Purchased a digger from third party and finding out these guys were the original owners. i wanted to find out if they had a spare key Duncan from service and maintenance went out of his way and sent me the spare key free of charge and from start to finish his service was second to none. Highly recommended . Communication throughout the whole process made this transaction a dream
I worked at edinburgh branch . People i worked with are good .jarvie plants main PROBLEM is the wages .loads of fitters have left and i am now the 4th valeter to leave . Only lasted 4 montg akded for a wage increase to £11 but got told no .
I would have given no stars if it would be possible! This company let us down less then 24 hours before the event!! Very unprofessional! Very poor communication throughout! Can't express how disappointed I was with the services. Do not use this company unless it's an emergency. Maybe not even in emergency as they will most likely fail to deliver what was agreed.
Hire plant machinery, vans and cars. Especially cabin section we make sure in excellent condition for hire.
