Watch your cc after you return car, they take petrol money even when they should not, three  weeks on still trying to get money back , they blame Bristol Airport bla bla,    they promise it is sorted, then promise to phone back, they don't,, they just pass the buck, now in the hands of insurance as I'm sick of dealing with them.

I actually hired and collected from Birmingham and returned at Dunfermline. Van was a little late at pick-up but was happy with it being a new vehicle. At the drop off, Dunfermline were very helpful and I got my deposit back quickly.
