Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Got a courtesy car from enterprise while my own car was in for repairs after an accident. Staff were fantastic. Really polite and helpful. Car was fantastic! I was sad to have to part with it when my own car was repaired! Got a lift to the garage to collect my car. Would recommend. Great customer service!

We had an issue with our original car from Heathrow and stopped by the Stirling branch before closing. Andrea was an absolute pleasure to deal with and scheduled a replacement the following day! As we were staying in Edinburgh, they even offered pick up service at a closer location but such was the care and attention we received that we wanted to come back here and mighty glad we did! This experience made our holiday even more special and memorable. Mr. Bianchi and Natasha went through every detail and made sure we are comfortable with our new vehicle. Indeed, everyone we spoke to and dealt with at this location was exceptional. So grateful for these truly outstanding and very lovely people!!

It was a great experience with the exception for being sent the wrong address to drop the car off (address was for the storage lot, not the drop off store) and having to lug all our gear from the storage parking lot all the way over to the airport. Luckily, had a great guy at the drop off counter who took care of us so we didn't miss our flight.

Great people , really genuine , pleasant and professional , although only gripe is that if you are collecting and dropping off on a sunday you pay the full 24 hours , a half day rate would be better , but thats the only gripe , third hire from them from me says it all , generaly a happy and returning customer in the future ,would not hesitate to recommend them
