Kerr was very helpful and quick at sorting me out with my courtesy vehicle. Very knowledgeable and gave me a walk through of how the vehicle works. I hope I never in a position where I have to use Enterprise againn3 weeks after leaving the hirecar at the repair dealership. I get a call to say that there is damage to the front bumper and a split in the tyre. This is the same damage on the bumper I pointed out to the guy who delivered to my housenThey are saying I have to pay a £250 excess. I got a email to confirm this and if I wanted to still dispute it I was to email them. I am still waiting on a response to the email nearly 2 weeks later and also a follow up email a week after . I phoned and spoke with someone on Friday who again says the excess still stands and if I dispute it, I have to email AGAIN. I also tried to phone the branch manager 4 days ago and am still waiting on a call backnHow can a company come back to a customer 3 weeks later and say they damaged the car. Also they took 48 hours to collect the car from the repair dealership. Even though I off hired it as per there instructions they still say I am liable until they collect it. How can a customer be responsible for this. Not to mention the fact the damage was highlighted when they dropped it offnAbsolute shocking service and communication

I've hired cars from this Enterprise 4 times now. The customer service has been great each time and the vehicles in very good condition. They consistently stock automatics which I appreciate as someone who doesn't drive manual! They even offer a drop off service to the train station free of charge after dropping off a vehicle. Thank you to the lady don't know her name who dropped us at the station around 15.30 on Sunday 26 November, we really appreciate it!

Had a hire car while my own was in being repaired, Connor was superb at sourcing a car that suited my needs, had a couple of minor issues with warning lights on the car but was sorted straight away. Excellent car, great Customer service. Also thanks to Ben for dropping me at the garage to collect my own car when I returned their vehicle. Highly recommended.
