Absolutely outstanding service where the staff did all they could to help and were excellent in their attention to detail to ensure we rented the right car to suit my family needs, at a price that was unbeatable elsewhere.

First rental experience was 5 stars. Quick and friendly service, brand new, well featured van - bluetooth etc. 2nd experience wasn't so good. Van was old, and smelled of excrement. So much so that I had to return it after less than 5miles. Had been out on long term hire to a bio waste company apparently! No similar sized alternative so the staff member kindly upgraded me to a transit - however that meant that my trip up and down to London was £30 more in fuel than the same trip a month earlier. Staff were helpful but the original van should never have been put back into circulation smelling the way it did!
