Generally a decent shopping mall, lots of shop selection of decent products, and lots of verity, good amount of eating and drinking places, interior is also very clean as well as the toilets being very clean. Wifi never worked though and the car park is not good with very poor signage. But generally a good shopping centre for visit.

This was called Chapelfield the last time I visited probably a while ago. Seems to cater for all ages with lots of interesting stores to choose from. Plenty of places to eat or just a cup of coffee or tea. Dressed out with its Christmas Decorations. Car Parks available via the lifts. Based on different levels for shopping with a food hall on the upper floor.

Chantry Place in Norwich is the best shopping centre in the city! It offers a fantastic variety of shops, from popular high-street brands to unique boutiques. The atmosphere is always vibrant, and the centre is clean and well-maintained. There are plenty of great dining options, whether you're looking for a quick bite or a sit-down meal. The parking is convenient, and the location is perfect for a day out. The staff in many stores are friendly and helpful, making the experience even better. Overall, Chantry Place is a must-visit for anyone shopping in Norwich!

Great for parking, especially during weekdays after 3pm until 1am when you get a flat rate fee of £3.50 March 2025. Always head for the bottom floor of the underground car park first, especially during busy times, as other drivers tend to ride round trying to find a space on the upper floor first. Always clean in the shopping centre. The better of the three shopping centres in Norwich Anglia Square & Castle Mall being the others, with a food hall on the top floor, and toilets opposite. Toilets also available by the lifts/escalators to/from the car park. Always call it ‘Chapelfield’ its previous name, and has a good range of shops under one roof, with an M&S a stones throw away. Once the shopping centre closes, you can still access the car park from a side door on Chantry Road, opposite the back of The Theatre Royal. Have always found it the cheapest of the city centres car parks for an evening out!

This Place looks so magical at Christmas, it was amazing to spend some time shopping for gifts for family and for little goodies. The Christmas lights in this mall are incredible and the their is a wide selection of shops in this mall from Hotel Chocolate to Zara so you can buy your foodie friends a gift aswell as your fashion obsessed friends too!! There are lots of good little cafés located inside and you can buy really lovely cupcakes from the centre of the mall. I highly recommend coming here for your annual Christmas shopping in Norwich :
