Never has any football shirts in any mens sizes, always say they are expecting a delivery soon but that's been since November and it's now end of Jan! Pointless being open if you stock no mens football shirts or online, exactly the same thing happened last year and you would have thought the club would learn and order more but nope still the same issue!
Popped in today to exchange a tracksuit top bought as a gift that was too small and had lost the receipt, they exchanged a larger size without any quibbles, a refreshingly simple process by friendly staff .
Great range of merchandise, was unsure on sizing and received excellent service from a young man named Ayeman and his colleagues; overall great experience!
Everything is spread out in an odd way, had to walk around when busy and stands in the way. Strange queueing position too.
Staff aren't very nice and customer friendly looked so moody the whole time, also was told the shirts would take 15 minutes to print, then half an hour then an hour come back after and hour and only one was done considering ours was first on the row. Certainly will be buying online in future.

Visited as in area and womble,who canery fan, wanted some items. Clean and welcoming store. Not busy as team playing away but very busy on matchday. Nice place to spend some time.
Ella ? was very helpful. We wanted six t-shirts for my son's birthday party and Ella arranged for these to delivered directly to the store for us to collect at short notice. Great service and with a smile too! Thank you.
So incredibly expensive, the clothing is of similar quality to shops like primark yet have ridiculous price tags on them, total rip off but that's football unfortunately
Canaries Store is set out well. welcoming. Shame there isn't more variety of merchandise, although plenty of replica kits
