I visited the shop today to get advice on a isofix base for a car seat. The staff were approachable, friendly and knowledgable. As a first time father i have found many shops of this kind to be daunting places especially when my wife is not with me. But the assistant took time to go through the options and workings of the seat. A great store, lucky to have it on our doorstep.

Awful customer service 4 weeks late from delivery date for a cot that was never turning up!! Untill my partner rang them to ask what was going on to be informed that silver cross had not got any in stock!!.. wait an extra 6 weeks for my 110 pound cot mattress which when my partner asked them about this they used the excuse of its a bank holiday.. all of my items were ordered in February!! And we our still waiting for them have no words for this company bar AVOID AT ALL COSTS...

Aweful customer service. Misleading due dates of a product we bought. They never called us back even when they said they would. They never pick up the phone when you ring either.

Cancelled our order in the end after they eventually called back with no idea when the product would arrive and got it from somewhere else next day.

Dreadful, aftersales is non-existent, we've had to go to Trading Standards who are taking the matter up.

Having now been in touch with  Trading Standards, they have now informed me I have invalidated my guarantee/warantee.

We were recommended by friends and were not disappointed. The staff are excellent, extremely knowledgeable and friendly. As first-time parents-to-be the personal service and advice we received was invaluable. Much better than going to some of the big name baby shops. Great selection of prams, travel systems, furniture at competitive prices.
