Not great. Firstly They have very little to take away, unlike a proper IKEA. The payment/ordering system is long-winded. Then you get a selection of days for collection from store to choose from. Eg. Tuesday the the following week. So you take the day off to collect your items and put together and when you get there it's not there. It arrives on the Wednesday and they text you to say collect it within two days. Well I took the day off work the day before. You can hold it till I'm ready to collect it. IKEA get a proper store in the area.

I ordered online and collected my items from the collection point. In all it was a very easy process and much less hassle than going into one of their large stores. The food available in the cafe is extremely reasonably priced as are the other food items to take away. The only downside is that there is a limited range of goods to buy on the day. A very pleasurable shopping experience nonetheless.

Excellent service - ordered items online and was advised when they were in stock. Visited collection point input details into screen and waited for the items to be brought out. No problem at all, a very slick operation will purchase again in the future.

Genuinely the worst shopping experience I've ever had. We bought a rug, but we're unable to order online for delivery to store. We made a trip to the store, the ordering process (exactly the same as what I could have done online) took forever, and somehow it was going to take a week for item to arrive in store. We go to collect, and it takes upwards of 45 minutes for the item to be brought out of the warehouse. 

Terrible shopping experience, falling way behind any of their competitors

Basic, a few carry away things, but then it's a click and collect, hit cheese and ham panini was tasty and they have bags of mini Dime bars Mmmm 😋😋
