Awful experience. I bought items from the shop not knowing it was an exchange only policy and no returns. I went to try on elsewhere as there are no fitting rooms, and then decided to return it.
I went back to the shop and without one smile, or even eye contact, i was told i had to buy something else as i couldn't return the idem. (if id have known it was only exchanges and no returns i wouldn't have bought it without trying it on!)
I also realised I had been under-changed and mentioned this politely.
During this time i dealt with 3 different people, none of which looked up at me, or even a simple 'sorry about this'. Being someone who deals with customers for a my job, I am soooo shocked at how little customer service, or even human interaction and common politeness they were giving me.
Id like to point out, in the 10 minutes i was there, 2 other people were trying to return items and getting the same treatment.
