My go to shop when I need clothes - great up to the minute, top quality ranges and totally fresh looks and you don’t feel like you just stepped out from a high street chain. Great friendly staff who couldn’t be more helpful - this is the difference between independents and multiples.

My wife purchased me a pair of trainer type shoes some years back. I went to exchange the very next day as to small. I entered the store and he immediately got defensive running away from me pointing to a sign behind the counter on cardboard saying no refunds. Every time I tried speaking to him he’s gave a negative comment then remove himself from my response. Absolutely infuriating. No customer service. Once he has your money no way back! Avoid at all costs. Years later and I’ve never had a response, a refund, or a credit note. I’m still owed £50. He took my name and number and said he’d speak to the manager. Absolute liar as he is the owner. Avoid! Avoid! Avoid!!!!

Fantastic multi-brand store, with a great range of product offering from good quality, on trend and niche brands, . The staff are very knowledgable, attentive and helpful. Customer service is impeccable, including their delivery. The ambiance, interior and visuals in the store are also great too, its easy to spend a lot of time and a lot of money in such a great boutique. Thanks guys!

what to say about this shop. good points - nice clothes, well laid out and different styles to what you find on the high street bad points - THE OWNER. Within walking 2 steps into the shop hes on you. Giving a running commentary on everything you look at or pick up to get a better look. Makes a shopping experience very uncomfortable. you then go down stairs to have a look at the other clothing and he follows you and continues his strange overbearing sales technique. The best independent menswear shop in Manchester! They have lots of amazing options for men. I went in to buy a present for my boy friend, I was not sure what to buy, but the older gentlemen helped me. His customer service was incredible! He was very polite and well knowledge with fashion.

I stopped going in this a while back due to the older guy who literally jumps on you as soon as you enter the place. Then each time you touch an item to get a better view, he is behind you telling you it comes in other sizes and colours etc! So you politely say thank you and go to walk downstairs to get away from him so you can take you time to look around... but he follows you downstairs! Again, each time you view something he gives you a story about it! This guy is too much, he really is. So i went in this week hoping it was a different member of staff. Nope, he's there again. And again not getting the hint or leaving you alone. So much so, that i decided to just walk out. I though i did try something on, he'd more than likely want to come into the fitting room with me. Shocking way of dealing with clientele...
