Everything was so swift and organised here, we did not have an appointment but they kindly accommodated us with just a 15 minute wait. G was our SA and he was fantastic, very friendly and professional. Great experience and will be returning next month!

Had a fantastic experience with John Proctor yesterday as he helped us choose a bag for my wife he explained to us all we needed to know about the bag even told us it was audrey Hepburn who designed it 10 out of 10 for that. Also Chris who arranged our appointment he was so helpful.

Went here for a hat and scarf set a week ago and was amazed by how top notch the customer service was Got exactly what I was looking for aswell! Easily a 5 star experience.

Faulty products have no guarantee, even within a year. It all depends on what the staff make up to fob you off.

Excellent service from manager Chris today, he went above and behind to help my fiancé with her Christmas present.

In general it's ok, but some of the staff is very mean, but others are very friendly and helpful. Marta is the best assistant in the shop, if you have a chance ask for her.

Great store could do with more variety but still well stocked staff are polite very helpful and professional.
