This store is too hot and crowded. Returns can only be made on 2nd floor, which has big queues. This forces you to return via post office/drop off point which costs £2.95. Wouldn’t order with Zara again, bad experience all round
Zara whoever employs your staff must have a liking for grumpy, miserable and most unhelpful people I have ever come across. I totally understand they must be very stressed with the chaos of queues and returns and so on but when I’m polite and smiling and greeted with not even so much as a smile and no communication other than my item thrown in a bag and then look over my shoulder as if to say next customer. I’ve been wanting to write this for a few years hoping it would improve but it’s like all the staff are clones of one another! I must say I think they’re the rudest I’ve ever come across in any store! The only plus is your clothes!
The old lady staff on the entry in morning time is so rude. Dont have manners that how to speak. She looks like that she is working without her wish. So just leave the job and stay at home or improve your way of talking. Otherwise no one will visit the store,If they experience the same thing in the entry. The store should have to do something about this . I read lots of reviews that staff are rude. It happened with many customers. So please you have to take action against this . Give special lessons to your staff that how to deal with customers. Thankyou . Have a nice day!
Staff was rude and improperly trained. As a petite women, I often shop in the Kids section. After trying on a few items in the kids section fitting room today, a staff rudely approached me: “this is for minors okay?" And ordered me to go upstairs women fitting room, even though the kids' fitting rooms were empty. I felt mistreated. Zara allows adults to buy kids' clothes, so it’s inconsistent to restrict fitting room use without proper signage or polite communication from staff. Zara should be more inclusive in size range and ensure staff are properly trained.
It’s known to all of mankind that Zara notoriously has the rudest, most miserable unkind staff of all time most of them not all It must be a stereotype in which they want to keep as they only seem to get worse and worse every time I shop here… Is it in the store policy that you have to be a total A hole to work here? No idea who just did my return for me but she was the sourest person I have ever encountered. I work a retail managerial job as well, I know how draining it can be, but I would never take that out on a customer. I Got directed to a floor to do a return, queue for like 15 minutes to then be met with this scowled face woman who tells me I can’t return here. I tell her I was sent here and I’m not queuing back up anywhere else so she huffs puffs and snatches the items out of my hand, then proceeds to do the return she claimed she couldn’t do there…. There were many other issues during the encounter but it would be far too much to type. Next time lighten up love, you are quite literally being paid to provide a service. It doesn’t cost you anything out of your wages to just be nice.
I’m not kind of person who complains or writes bad reviews, but yesterday experience in Zara Manchester was absolutely VILE !!! Specifically in men’s floor fitting room. Staff who was serving in fitting room was absolutely rude and disrespectful the way he was spoke to my husband. Shouting and screaming in front of others customers. Absolutely unacceptable behavior!!!! I would like to management to take action to staff member #103868 , that’s this is not acceptable to staff member to behave in such a manner. We are definitely is not coming back after this experience!
Tills are very unclear, queued for an extended period to be told they do not accept returns on certain tills and had to queue somewhere else all over again. There is a lack of signage to explain this and the staff are generally too busy to offer any guidance.
Sizes are more for the younger generation. I am normally a 10 to 12, I had to go for large. Good choices and acceptable prices
randomly checked liked the shoes few crewnecks large sized loved them alot got biggest collection
I love Zara. The clothes fit me in a way I like. The clothes woek for day , work but most of all going out you cannot get better.. Shoes wow. Friend introduced me never left since. Go shop ladies you wont regret it.
