Esse, a wonderful sales assistant went over and above to find the right size , helped me with my disabled right foot and leg, even helping lace the boots up. I bought because of the service, although as I bought Doc's I could have bought from a number of places. Super happy with my purchase and the service

Took forever to get shoes from the back, 1 guy chasing around doing the job of many. Girl on the front too busy moving shoes 2mm to be perfectly distanced on display whilst there’s a huge queue waiting for shoes instead of helping in the back. And to top it all off, wrong size shoe given despite being told it was a 10 at checkout

brought a pair of 169.00 dr martens back, had them only 5 weeks but was ripped, faulty! cashier called a manager, who was extremely rude, she presummed i never had the card that i paid for the shoes with. wasnt actually bringing back for a refund only wanted an exchange but as she gave me no option and was so rude i ll take my custom elsewhere.

I visited this store on 13/7/22. I wanted to try a couple of shoes so looked around to find a store assistant. There were 2 around and 1 standing at the till. The young girl with a blue top saw me raise hand to catch her attention but she pretended not to see me and looked away. Then she approached an English customer and served her. The guy at the till, presumably the manager, saw me looking for someone to help me, again tried to pretend that he didn't see me and just kept standing at the till. In the end, while the manager and the big lad assistant were chatting, I managed to flag down the lad's attention and had him serve me. The big lad was helpful. But the attitudes of the first two shop assistants the young girl with a blue top and the presumable manager were shocking. I was clearly seeking for assistance in choosing shoes, but they didn't want to know me, I'm guessing, because I'm not English. Really, those two, if they don't like customer service, they should seek another job.

i went this shop bought a pair long boots after i paid . the manager said they hadn't got big bag for the boots, and then not do anything else. so i ask can you get a string or something to tight the box so i can carry it bit easy and he said no . Not even try to do anything , I'm so disappointed what kind service is this?

Worst customer service i have ever seen. I was ready to buy things worth around 200 pounds and the employees have an attitude, disrespectful and raise their voice for no reason. Never again am i shopping there and will do my best to spread the word of how disrespectful the staff there is. Unacceptable.

Absolutely shocking, I feel like I have had my money stolen of me and I can't do anything about it, got an expensive set of boots for Christmas, unfortunately they didn't fit, I had COVID over Christmas so was unable to go to the store within 14 days to return or exchange which I find to be a ridiculous amount of time bearing in mind how busy people can be with jobs, responsibilities and covid etc.. The store staff were extremely unhelpful and very rude particularly Becky and the store manager and would not return the boots or give me a credit note even though I had the full receipt and the boots were still as they were purchased. I will be writing to trading standards. If there was an option for 0 starts that would have been my rating.

I have a few pairs of shoes from office and like to think of this as one of my go to shops. However, whilst there was, as usual, a good selection of shoes fashionable shoes the assistants were too busy to serve me... too busy chatting or gossiping about what was clearly far more important than the customers. A lovely Male cashier ended up serving me. Sort out your customer service

Helpful with a pick up and return but blinding lights were very uncomfortable and all the staff were having a chat at the back of the shop

Amazing customer service. They have a lot of stock and nice quality shoes that is what I was looking for. The employees are always aware of you and offering as much help as you need. 10/10 Thanks guys.
