Great store. Obviously the products speak for themselves.....but the service here is equally as good - attentive without being pushy in any way. Item I wanted wasn't in stock odd combination of waist and leg for my jeans.....no problem! We'll order them for you, "but I don't live in Manchester" again no problem, we'll send them to your address. Friendly and efficient - can't ask for more than that

My Wife and myself have used the Manchester City Centre store for many years and recently purchased suits and other items, the quality of service from the two members of staff, Jot and Yanman was very extremely efficient and helpful. Alterations we’re required and these were carried out as part of the service provided, with a superbly fast turnaround and first class workmanship, thanks very much Team Boss, much appreciated, needless to say, we’ll return
Had the pleasure of visiting yesterday with a friend who was shopping for a suit. Great collection and very helpfull staff. Big shout out to Marco who was on the 1st floor and helped us immensely....also a shout out to the gentleman on the ground floor who helped us with denims - forgot his name but he has roots in Portugal.
